Living on the other side of the US, my husband and I were nervous about selling our condo without being there and having someone else take the reins for us. Mia really listened to what I wanted and needed, she was patient, and very knowledgeable (if she didn’t know the answer, she would research and find the answer). We purchased a home through Mia a few months ago and not only is she a great realtor but a great person. She is not interested in just making the sale but honestly has her customers best interest in mind, at all times. She wants to make sure you buy a home that fits your budget and lifestyle and is never pushy or make you feel hurried to buy something you are unsure about. She will go out of her way to find the right home for you, working around the clock. Timezone is not an issue with her. She is extremely responsive, professional and detail oriented. Mia was extremely helpful in her knowledge of the local market. She was very responsive (I don’t think it ever took her more than 30 minutes to respond to any calls). It took several days of back abnd forth to reach agreement and Mia was very good in suggesting strategy points and reaching agreement with the other side. Most importantly, I negotiatatedd and closed this transaction from 2000 miles away and Mia went out of her way to assist me it the details I could not deal with from my remote location such as meeting the home inspector, assuring the unit was in appropriate condition before closong, etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Big Sky area. She is also a very nice person.

I met Mia totally by chance when I walked into the real estate office but both I and my wife could not have been happier with the service she provided us.
